Poppy was born on the 25th January 1992. She began her career in acting at the age of six when she made an appearance in the TV play 'Little White Lies' as the character of Rosie. From there she made various small appearances in TV shows and films such as 'From Hell' and 'Daniel Deronda'. In 2004 she got the part of 'Jane' in the children's film '5 Children and it', which was her first major film role. Very shortly after this Poppy featured as one of the main characters in the CITV popular series 'Best Friends'. Earlier this year 'The Thief Lord' was released, based on the novel by Cornelia Funke, Poppy plays Morosina in this. Poppy can currently be seen in 'Breaking and Entering' starring Jude Law and Robin Wright Penn, in this Poppy plays Beatrice, a gymnast. Last year Poppy was in an adaptation of 'Sleeping Beauty'. In her spare time, Poppy enjoys trampolining, gymnastics .
